Solution
You can access your website using FTP to upload or download files. You can use a free FTP application like filezilla from
http://filezilla-project.org/download.php.
To access your account, you need 3 pieces of information: The server address, which is your domain name, username and password.
If you don't already have your FTP login, you can contact us and we'll send you the information.
